These terms govern DriverPay Atlas, created and operated by GP Transco. Version 2026-11-06-v1. Public research remains free to browse without an account.
Using DriverPay Atlas
Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and keep your account credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading carrier information, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
Free research and account features
There is no signup fee or paid subscription for the account features described here. Accounts let you save jobs, follow carriers, submit carriers for research, and manage supported email preferences. Submitting a carrier does not guarantee publication or change its ranking. Features and coverage may change.
Private driver profiles and preliminary badges
A driver profile is voluntary and can be saved as a draft. Photo and employer history are optional and do not influence qualification badges. Complete the other job-related sections, including driving-job count in the past year and separate at-fault and not-at-fault commercial-driving accident counts in the past seven years, to unlock comparisons. Badges use self-reported facts and documented job requirements, not identity, photo analysis, health information, or protected demographics. Unknown requirements require carrier confirmation; a badge is not a hiring decision, application, verification, or guaranteed eligibility. Your profile is private to you and authorized administrators and is never sent to other carriers or affiliates. GP Transco may use job-related information for its own potentially suitable-opening contact under the recruiting agreement.
Job information is research, not a guarantee
Pay, benefits, requirements, locations, and availability come from cited advertisements and other public sources. They can change, be incomplete, or be incorrect. Estimates are not guaranteed earnings, verified payroll, a job offer, or a promise of eligibility or employment. Confirm important details directly with the employer before applying or accepting work.
GP Transco contact agreement
Creating an account requires an affirmative agreement that GP Transco may contact your registered email about its own openings that may match your interests, preferences, and experience you choose to provide. GP Transco may use your account information, saved jobs, followed carriers, and provided preferences or experience for this purpose. No employment or automated matching service is guaranteed. This agreement does not authorize automated calls or text messages and does not apply to other carriers or affiliates. Public browsing and comparing do not require this consent.
Your data and privacy
We never sell or rent your personal information. We never share it with other carriers or affiliates. GP Transco operates Atlas; its authorized staff may use information for the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy and How We Use Your Data. Hosting and other service providers process information to operate the service, and disclosures may be required by law. Do not submit license numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents.
Email choices and withdrawing consent
GP Transco recruiting contact and followed-carrier research updates are separate purposes. Following a carrier requests Atlas research updates, not contact from that carrier. You may withdraw GP Transco email-contact consent through a Privacy request on Corrections & contact or by replying to the recruiting message. Use the unsubscribe option provided in an email to stop that type of email. Unfollowing a carrier stops its research updates but does not by itself withdraw GP Transco contact consent. Withdrawing contact consent does not require deleting your account.
External applications and public sharing
Applications open the employer’s or recruiting provider’s own destination, where its terms and privacy policy apply. We do not send your Atlas account details to another carrier when you follow it or click Apply. If you independently provide information on that carrier’s site, that is your choice. Research links you deliberately share can be forwarded publicly; do not include personal information in them.
Availability, responsibility, and changes
The research service is provided as available, without a promise of complete coverage or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Material changes to terms or data uses will be explained; an earlier agreement is not permission for unrelated new marketing or sharing.
Questions and requests
Use Corrections & contact for corrections, privacy questions, requests to access or delete your account information, or withdrawal of GP Transco contact consent. Identity checks may be needed. A versioned record of your signup agreements is stored privately with your account and is accessible to authorized administrators.
