DriverPay Atlas is created and funded by GP Transco. Account information supports the features and explicitly accepted recruiting purposes described below; service providers operate the application and email delivery.
Scope and operator
DriverPay Atlas is created and funded by GP Transco. This policy covers public research, account-saved offers, carrier update subscriptions, and the separate GP Transco recruiting-email agreement required for new accounts. Policy version: 2026-11-06-v1, effective November 6, 2026. The operator’s formal legal identity, postal address, and dedicated privacy contact must be supplied before a production membership/email launch. Use the contact form for pilot privacy requests.
What this pilot stores
Comparison selections and arrangement preferences stay in this browser’s local storage. Favorites require a registered account and are stored privately on that account so they can be accessed on other devices. Carrier subscriptions record your account, the carrier you affirmatively follow, and subscription date. Private email-delivery records track which updates have been queued or sent. Favorites do not automatically subscribe you to carrier-update emails. For new accounts that expressly accept the signup recruiting agreement, GP Transco may use account information, saved jobs, followed carriers, and preferences or experience the user chooses to provide to identify its potentially suitable openings. A private versioned signup agreement records the accepted wording, acceptance time, signup method, and account owner. Correction/contact submissions store the kind of request, optional carrier/source link, message, and optional reply email privately.
Public sharing and retention
When you deliberately share research, the app saves a sanitized view descriptor and references to retained public research versions. Signed-in shares are associated privately with the creating account for management; identity is not included in the shared view or preview. Public links can be forwarded by anyone and do not expire automatically. Signed-in creators can revoke their own links through My public shares. Anonymous creators should contact the operator for removal; no anonymous management secret is embedded in the public URL. Retained public evidence versions have no automatic cleanup. Revocation prevents new app fetches, but cannot recall screenshots or previews already fetched by messaging services. Do not place personal details in public search labels. Sharing is not email or recruiting consent.
How submitted information is used
The operator uses correction and contact information to investigate and respond. Submitting a correction or contact email does not activate weekly reports or GP Transco career emails. New-account signup separately requires an unchecked, affirmative agreement to GP Transco recruiting emails about potentially suitable openings. No applicant status, automated-call consent, or SMS consent is inferred. Please do not submit license numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents.
Service providers and AI
Base44 provides hosting, application storage, and platform services. AI-assisted source extraction processes bounded public carrier page content, not correction-request emails or private driver profiles. The pilot does not send personal data to a CRM or advertising audience. Providers process information to operate the service, not for other carriers’ or affiliates’ recruiting or marketing. Disclosures may also be required by law. Future providers and materially different data uses must be documented before enabling new flows.
Cookies and measurement
The application adds no advertising pixels or custom visitor-tracking events in this pilot. Browser storage is used for preferences you select. Hosting/platform services may maintain operational and security logs. Outbound application and source links navigate directly, not through tracking redirects.
Retention, requests, and safeguards
Contact submissions remain private to app administrators. A final retention schedule and backup/deletion policy are not configured yet; no fixed deletion period is promised. Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of a submission, and provide enough context to identify it without sending unnecessary personal data. Requests require appropriate identity checks. We do not promise absolute security.
Private driver profiles and job comparisons
Signed-in users can optionally create and edit a private driver profile: preferred name, home state, CDL class and validity, endorsements, U.S. work authorization, a 21+ interstate minimum-age confirmation, commercial driving experience and recent driving months, route and equipment preferences, driving-job count in the past 12 months, and separate at-fault and not-at-fault commercial-driving accident counts for the past seven years. Employer history and a profile photo are optional. No license numbers, birth dates, health details, protected demographic answers, or background-check reports are requested. Photos are uploaded privately, accessed through temporary signed links, and never analyzed or used in qualification comparisons. Profile records are accessible only to their owner and authorized administrators. GP Transco may use provided job-related information for its own suitable-opening contact under the separately accepted recruiting agreement; information is never sent to other carriers or affiliates. Badges compare self-reported job-related facts against linked, documented requirements; unsupported, conflicting, stale, or ambiguous conditions require carrier confirmation rather than being treated as passed or failed. A badge is preliminary guidance, not an application, background check, eligibility verification, or employment decision. Name, photo, optional employer-history entries and protected characteristics never affect a badge. Route and equipment preferences do not establish experience. Profile data and personalized comparison results are excluded from research-link snapshots and app-generated research screenshots. Edit the profile from My driver profile; use a Privacy request to request deletion. Removing a photo from a profile removes its reference, not a promise that all retained storage copies are immediately erased.
Accounts and carrier update choices
Authentication includes email verification, Google sign-in, and password recovery. Registered users can privately save offers and explicitly follow carriers for emails about newly published offers and changes to published pay, benefits, or job details. The required new-account GP Transco recruiting agreement is separate from carrier research-update subscriptions. Saving a favorite does not subscribe you to carrier research updates. Emails go to your registered account email through Base44. Unfollow individual carriers in Saved & alerts, or use the unsubscribe link in any update email to stop all update emails. Following or unfollowing carriers does not grant or withdraw GP Transco recruiting consent, activate weekly reports, or export information to a CRM. You can withdraw GP Transco recruiting-email consent at any time through a Privacy request on Corrections & contact or by replying to a recruiting email, without deleting your account. Signup does not authorize automated calls or texts. Weekly reports have a separate opt-in preference in Saved & alerts and use saved offers and followed carriers; saving a job or following a carrier does not itself enable the weekly report. Scheduling and accepted sends are not guarantees of inbox delivery. Administrators can manage private subscription and delivery records.
Google Maps ratings
Google ratings and review counts describe the specific business location identified on each badge. They include public reviewers, not just employees, and are separate from Atlas job grades and ranking calculations. Business listings are matched to carrier websites; uncertain matches are not assigned a rating. Open a badge to see the original Google listing. Ratings show the latest successful check and may change.
Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Google receives your request if you open a Google listing; browsing saved ratings does not send your search or account details to Google.
