Calculation & source notes

Gross earnings before taxes, not take-home pay.

Automatically checked against exact excerpts on a retrieved official recruiting page. This may be a general recruiting opportunity, not a dated vacancy. Expected-pay estimates include applicable recurring bonuses assuming their conditions are met, while one-time bonuses remain separate; employment setup and hiring eligibility remain unknown unless explicitly stated. Advertised pay is not verified payroll. W-2 assumed because employee benefits are listed and the role does not specify W-2 or 1099. Solo assumed because the source does not specify solo or team driving.

B+Offer grade

How this offer grade is calculated

Based on the available source evidence, not a market rank. Missing job details or comparable offers limit the pay comparison.

The same weighted rubric applies to every carrier. Comparable recurring pay has the greatest influence, followed by pay credibility, documented benefits, home time, and source quality and freshness. Missing information uses neutral placeholders, not an assumption that a benefit is absent.

Comparable pay: Neutral placeholder: comparable categories, current individual pay, or at least 3 other carriers are not yet confirmed.
Pay credibility: Advertised base / range. Advertisements are not independently verified earnings.
Benefits: Not disclosed in the cited offer; neutral placeholder, not “no benefits”.
Home time: prorated when in hometime
Source quality & freshness: Direct official / verified source. Oldest evidence 0 days old.

This assessment is provisional because some evidence or comparable offers remain unconfirmed.

Offer assessment, not a carrier rating or a promise of actual earnings. Every carrier is assessed using the same weighted evidence-based rubric. No carrier receives a guaranteed grade or a sponsor-based score adjustment.
